 Jennifer Perry

Jennifer Perry – Director of Music Ministries

I’ve been at CUMC for 11 years and love it. Music is my passion and I’m blessed to be able to serve in a place that loves Jesus and good music. We know that anything positive in our lives comes from God and it’s only because He loves us, not because we deserve it. With this truth in mind, we strive to honor Him with everything we do… it’s our offering to Him. Aside from music, I love spending time with family and friends, good food, nature, sunsets, and movies (when I get a chance to go). To paraphrase a quote from Brennen Manning, The Ragamuffin Gospel, “I am astonished at the goodness of God, stunned that He should bother to call me by name…” and “My deepest awareness of myself is that I am deeply loved by Jesus Christ and I have done nothing to earn it or deserve it.”
